Talbina is excellent especially for good heart health coz it really works and gives a peace of mind!! Good for stress, the gut, and its blessed food. On a side point, you do not need to put it on low heat for 15mins. I normally have 300ml water add one full spoon of talbina and on full heat I keep stirring the talbina and its ready in a few mins

It is very difficult for me to put this into words. SubhanAllah the Yemeni sidr honey is unlike any honey I have tried and I have tried a fair few. It is light and delicate yet very rich. There is a fragrance to it that is slightly perfumed - like a floral attar. It still smells of honey but there is this other beautiful scent to it mash'Allah. As for the taste, there is a uniqueness there that I really can't describe. It tastes so light but rich and then there is this different sweet aftertaste that I have never tasted before in honey. Mash'Allah it really is a beautiful honey. Because I find it very difficult to describe I can only say it is one of the miracles of Allah Most High in a jar. My personal experience using this sidr honey, in 2015 ramadan i was suffering from bad asthma and the inhalers weren’t really doing it for me until i come across this product only 1 tablespoon of this raw Yemeni sidr honey done it for ne it was like magic as for hours i was wheezing right to the point of eating the honey i also felt my nose unblock and breathing improved a great deal i have since bought several tubs of these to keep only for medicinal purposes as الله also confirms in the quran that honey is a shifaa
